Beginner Classes

    For those new to Pilates that would like to build their confidence and knowledge of the movements

    Slow, controlled movements with an emphasis on flexibility and breathwork. Targeted at beginners, seniors, those with limited mobility, or those looking for a relaxing session.

Intermediate Classes

  • Build and Flow

    Focus: A dynamic class that builds on the fundamentals, incorporating flowing sequences and increased challenge.

    Target: Those with some Pilates experience, comfortable with basic exercises.

  • Dynamic

    Focus: Faster paced movements, increasing the cardiovascular element of pilates.
